Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions outlined below and the agreement between Camberley Taxis and the client is governed by English Law.

BOOKINGS

All taxi booking requests are acknowledged either by phone, e-mail or mobile text confirmation.

It is solely the clients (bookers) responsibility to review the confirmation for errors and amendments. If no booking confirmation has been received within 3 hours of booking the request, it is the clients (bookers) responsibility to contact Camberley Taxis as we cannot take responsibility for delayed or non delivered mails.

ITINERARY ALTERATIONS

Minor journey itinerary adjustments do not incur any charges. Camberley Taxis at its own discretion will determine the nature of any alterations to the journey and alter the charges accordingly. Amendments may be subject to additional charges if not notified 24 hours prior to booking.

HIRE COSTS

We guarantee the quoted cost of vehicle hire providing that the original itinerary at the time of booking hasn’t been altered.

NON ATTENDANCE

The booker is liable for full payment of journey for non attendance. If applicable waiting time and parking charges (at cost) will also be incurred.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.

All pickups from the airport waiting time are free for the first 30 minutes thereafter every 15 minutes will be charged at £5.

There is no additional charge for the flight delays.

All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with the fare quoted.

Credit card and debit card payments will incur an extra charge 6% transaction charge.

Cash payments are to be made to the driver or credit card payments should be made with the booking.

Our saloon and estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.

Our MPVs & 8 Seaters (Many people Carrier) are insured for maximum of 6-8 Passengers.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.

Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.

Cancellations must be made prior to pick up time within 2 hours within Surrey postcodes and outer areas will require 4 hours cancellation notification.

All prices quoted are per car.

If you have any problem or complaint concerning your booking it would be appreciated if you would contact us within 24 hours or failing that as soon as possible, so that the problem can be resolved. However notification of any problem or complaint must reach us within 14 days for us to be able to deal with the matter.

Our maximum liability to you for any reasonable and foreseeable loss, damage or liability which you may suffer or incur as a result of our failure to carry you, our delay in carrying you, breach of our contract to carry you, our negligence in connection with carrying you, or the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of any of our officers, employees, agents, representatives or sub-contractors shall be limited to an aggregate of £500.
