Airport Pickup Procedure

Passengers are strongly recommended to provide a mobile number when booking for an airport transfer.
We monitor and track flights, however if there is any delay in excess of 60 mins send us a text to keep us informed on + 44 7776 218222.
As a rule of thumb, we pick up where we drop off if you have booked both the outward and return journey with us. There is no additional charge for picking up outside the airport.
If you require a Meet and Greet in the arrivals hall, this must be arranged in advance and will cost £5 which includes car park charges and 45 minutes waiting time. The driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a display board with your name and drop off destination.
If you are booking on behalf of another person please ensure they are aware of Camberley Taxis and contact number + 44 1276 22123 or mobile + 44 7776 218222, it is advisable to provide your mobile number and the passenger’s mobile if possible.
Cancellations can only be accepted via text + 44 7776 218222 or email info@camberleytaxis.com up to 24 hours prior to the pickup date, we will repond by text or email agreeing to the cancellation (subject to our terms and conditions). Please do not use voicemail for cancellation purposes as it may not be read in time.
Heathrow Terminal 1
Call + 44 1276 22123 or mobile + 44 7776 218222 just before you are about to exit the terminal to inform your driver. We can provide the colour, make model, and registration number of your taxi. We meet upstairs outside which is up on the departure level, once outside go across to the second lane and we will be parked up near the front. If we have your mobile number we will text you upon our arrival.
Heathrow Terminal 2 – Closed until further notice for a complete new build
Heathow Terminal 3
Call the above number just before you are about to exit the terminal to prompt your driver into position and for colour make and registration number of your Taxi. We meet at level 1 car park, there is a pickup point at the entrance of the car park, there is a mandatory car park charge introduced by the Airport authorities which we have capped at £3. If we have your mobile number we will text you upon our arrival.
Heathrow Terminal 4
Call the above number just before you are about to exit the terminal to prompt your driver into position and for colour make and registration of your taxi. We meet upstairs outside which is up on the departure level. Once outside cross over to the 3rd lane we will be about as near to halfway along as we can get. If we have your mobile number we will text you upon our arrival.
Heathrow Terminal 5
Call the above number just before you are about to exit terminal 5, to prompt your driver into position and for colour make and registration of your Taxi. We meet up stairs outside which is the departure level we will be as near to halfway along as we can get. If we have your mobile number we will text you upon our arrival.
Gatwick South
Call or text us using above number just before you are about to exit the South Terminal to prompt your driver into position and for colour make and registration number of your Taxi. We meet down on the ground level outside about halfway along near the two sets of traffic lights. If we have your mobile number we will text you upon our arrival.
Gatwick North
Call or text us using above number just before you are about to exit the North terminal to prompt your driver into position and for colour make and registration of your Taxi. We meet on the ground level outside just by the Sofitel Hotel. If we have your mobile number we will text you upon arrival.
St Pancras – Eurostar
Call or text us using the above number as you are about to arrive at St Pancras to prompt us into position, and for colour make and registration of your Taxi. If your train is delayed at the beginning of your journey or on route affecting your arrival more than 30 minutes then please keep us informed by text or calling us on + 44 1276 22123 or mobile + 44 7776218222. If we have your mobile we will text you upon our arrival.
Cruise Terminals
Call or text us on + 44 1276 22123 or mobile + 44 7776218222 to prompt us into position at the pickup point and for colour make and registration number of your Taxi. As a general rule we pickup from Cruise and Transatlantic Liners two and a half hours after the ship docks which allows for your breakfast and disembarkation (However upon booking with us we can adjust the pickup time to suit your own requirements especially if you have a deadline to meet). Please let us know your Dock Gate , Berth number and Cruise Terminal. If we have your mobile we will text you upon our arrival.
